Overview of industrial humidifier

According to the theory of heat and moisture exchange, industrial humidifiers are divided into the following two types in practical engineering:
1. Constant enthalpy humidifier: it uses water to absorb the sensible heat of air for evaporative humidification, and its change on the enthalpy and humidity chart is an approximate constant enthalpy process. The humidifiers adopting the constant enthalpy humidification type include: high-pressure spray humidifier, evaporative wet film humidifier, water vapor spray humidifier, centrifugal spray humidifier, ultrasonic humidifier and other basic forms. According to its principle, many forms of humidifiers have also been derived, such as air duct wet film humidifier, high-pressure micro fog humidifier, etc
2. Isothermal humidifier: it converts liquid water into steam and mixes it with air for humidification by using heat energy. Its changes on the enthalpy and humidity chart are approximate isothermal processes. The humidifiers adopting isothermal humidification include dry steam humidifier, electrode humidifier, electric humidifier, steam to steam humidifier, PTC steam humidifier and other basic forms.
According to the humidity requirements in the air conditioning project, we divide humidification into two types: process humidification and comfort humidification:
