How to Control Relative Humidity in Textile Industry

Common moisturizing measures:

The water branch in the air will exchange water with the material in contact, that is, the dry air can absorb water from the material with water until the dynamic balance of water exchange is reached. It can make the material with water in it deteriorate or bring the production unchanged.

Whether it is natural cotton fiber or man-made fiber, it is essential to maintain a continuous and stable humidity level in order to achieve efficient and trouble free operation in the entire processing industry. Otherwise, there will be a series of problems, such as no failure of raw material transportation, loss of wire breakage, and loss of weight and original quality during storage. At the same time, in the workshop, various dusts and fluff are easily suspended in the air in a dry environment, affecting normal production. If the air reaches a certain humidity, these suspended solids will absorb moisture in the air and fall to the ground again, while maintaining a good working environment, reducing the damage to human body. If the humidity is controlled between 45% - 90%, the above problems can be avoided one by one.
