Equipment installation and location selection

The installation position of the equipment can be selected according to the following factors:

① The maximum relative humidity of the required humidifying environment. In the required humidifying environment, when the maximum relative humidity is higher than 75% RH, the humidifying equipment shall be installed outside the required humidifying environment; When the maximum relative humidity is lower than 75% RH, the humidification equipment can be installed in the humidification environment.

② Explosion proof requirements for the required humidification environment; All explosion-proof requirements for the required humidifying field, and the humidifying equipment shall be installed in the non explosion-proof area outside the required humidifying environment.

③ If the Celsius temperature in the required humidification environment is lower than zero, the equipment shall be installed in a place where the Celsius temperature is higher than zero outside the required humidification environment.

④ If there is a lot of floating dust in the required humidification environment, which may cause the equipment to have poor air intake, the equipment shall be installed outside the required humidification environment.

After determining the installation position of the equipment according to the above conditions, the installation height of the equipment shall also be considered. In general, the fog outlet port of the equipment shall be set at the top of the humidification site, within 50cm from the top, and the vertical distance between the fog outlet port and the equipment shall be reduced as far as possible to maximize the transmission efficiency of aerosols. Therefore, the atomization and humidification equipment shall be installed at a high position as possible.

After the installation site and installation height of the equipment are selected, the mist outlet pipeline can be connected according to the specific conditions in the humidification site: first, if there is a high-speed air flow source in the humidification site, such as various high-speed fans, various gas injection ports, etc., the port of the mist outlet pipeline should be set below the air flow source, and the outlet should be upward, so that the high-speed air flow source can be used for uniform gasification and diffusion; If the air flow is relatively static in the humidification site, it is necessary to consider extending the fog outlet pipeline in the humidification site, evenly distributing the fog outlet ports, and forming an angle of 30 degrees between each fog outlet port and the horizontal, so that the humidification water mist can float and gasify naturally.

2. Precautions in equipment installation

The equipment shall be installed horizontally. External PVC pipe fittings shall be sealed to prevent air and water leakage. When the external water supply pressure is insufficient, the booster pump shall be connected to make its water supply pressure greater than 1kg/cm3. The connection between the water inlet interface of the equipment and the water supply pipeline must be made with a hose with locknuts on both sides. Because there is a sealing ring in the locknut of the connection hose, the connection screw mouth does not need to be wound with hemp to prevent water leakage. When connecting multiple equipment on one water supply pipeline, the water supply branch line of each equipment must be connected to a water supply shut-off gate to facilitate future maintenance. A certain amount of water shall be discharged from the newly installed water supply pipeline for cleaning the newly installed pipeline to prevent impurities in the new pipeline from blocking the water inlet solenoid valve and causing water feeding failure.

After the equipment is installed stably, the mist outlet pipeline of the equipment can be sealed and connected according to the pre designed pipeline route. When connecting, attention should be paid to: set up a flange connection plate near the equipment point, or connect it with a hose, which is ready for future equipment maintenance; In the pipeline connection, the distance from the near end of the equipment is relatively low, and the distance from the far end of the equipment is relatively high. The lowest point of all the fog outlets of the pipeline should be higher than 1/3 of the pipeline diameter, so as to ensure that all the accumulated water in the transmission pipeline returns to the equipment and the pipeline is smooth; In order to make the humidification distribution in the humidification space even, the pipeline can be connected with several fog outlets according to the actual situation, and the diameter of the fog outlet can be selected according to the actual situation. The "U" trend is prohibited in the pipeline connection, because such connection will cause condensation and water blockage of the pipeline and affect the normal operation of the equipment.
